Whats Inside (Power Supply)

This tentacled mustard rainbow is what powers a computer and keeps it running.

Whats Inside (Graphics Card)

This Graphics Card is no beauty, but it will serve a purpose to represent what it does. and that's what you call horse-power.

Whats Inside (Hard Drive)

If you don't know, IO means input-output system, or basically ports. As you can see these are a few familiar posts. If you want to go in depth on these, you may leave a  comment as to let me know your interest level.

Getting to know the computer

I just want to take some time to go over a bit of basic terminology. Over the next few weeks, I will release some videos to show you how to assemble a computer, and just for now I will release 2 or 3 to make up for past weeks.                                                      Lets start to get familiar with our computer with a few photos.

A quick recap on week one of tec

Ok guys, I just wanted to recap on what we did at SJVTEC a program that is going on at my school. Basically what we did was open a computer examine the parts, put them back in and hoped that they worked. We also learned how to insure that we leave a minimal digital footprint online, so we aren't hacked, as well as have malware or viruses on our computer.
